Our today’s managers, leaders and C-level management perform in a constant high-pressure and fast-paced environment. However, deadlines, financial targets and people management require a focussed & sharp mind and a balanced & healthy body.
Nevertheless, based on several studies, more than 80% of today’s managers have a dysregulated nervous system and are not able to balance their system due to extremely high stress levels. The most common stress factors are excessive workloads, high expectations, short deadlines, lack of support and lack of control. The constant comparison with peers, the daily pressure and extremely fast-paced business world can result in exhaustion, chronic anxiety, burn-out syndrome, lack of motivation, lack of mental clarity and focus, infertility and lack of libido - just to name a few.
The truth is, we do not need to exhaust ourselves to the level where we can’t manage it anymore. The moment we understand our bodies, embrace our uniqueness and step into our strength, find our inner balance and clarity, we reach fulfillment and resilience. With that state of mind we can achieve our goals with focus & strength, we can push our performance to a next level without exhaustion, we can go the extra mile without comparing ourselves with peers. And how do we do that?
I’ve dedicated myself now for many years through my own path to develop yoga sequences tailored for managers and leadership who want to reach a balanced body, mind & spirit. These sequences are made for stress-relief, nervous system regulation, stress-management, self-confidence, and self-empowerment.
